Nuška Drašček Rojko is an outstanding slovenian singer with an extremely wide repertoire ranging from opera/oratorio and lied to blues, gospel, jazz, pop, french chansons and musicals.

An annual festival of original music presented at Ljubljana’s Bežigrad Gallery since 1977, the three-day O•zvočenje Festival (Sound Reinforcement Festival) features composers of electronic, electroacoustic, acoustic and experimental music.

The Oberkrainer Quintett (Slovenian: Gorenjski kvintet) hails from the birthplace of the Avsenik Brothers, the village of Begunje na Gorenjskem. The ensemble started out on its music career in 1997 as a trio, eventually developed into a quintet and was subsequently joined by a male and female vocalist. Whilst primarily focused on the original Avsenik music, Oberkrainer Quintett has a broad repertoire of their own folk-pop compositions, which have captivated the audiences at various folk-pop music festivals and featured on numerous TV and radio shows. Over the past years the Oberkrainer Quintett has regularly appeared at the Avsenik Festival. While primarily performing to Slovenian audiences, the Quintett has a devoted international following, playing mostly in German-speaking countries where the ensemble is known under its German name, the Oberkrainer Quintett.

The Oberkrainer aus Begunje folk-pop ensemble (Slovenian: Veseli Begunjčani) was started in 2007. Before joining the ensemble, all musicians were members of different folk-pop groups and have extensive experience of playing professionally both at home and abroad. They all hail from the village of Begunje na Gorenjskem or its environs. Paying tribute to folk-pop music and the Avsenik Brothers Ensemble, the band takes its name from a happy ‘tune’ written by the Avseniks as far back as in 1954, titled “Veseli Begunjčani” (Merry People from Begunje). Members of the Oberkrainer aus Begunje swear by the authentic folk pop ‘quintet’ music, i.e. music pioneered by the Avsenik Ensemble.

Tim Guzelj, better known as Obscur, is a Slovenian DJ and producer whose sound is best described as rolling, dark and psychedelic. Not one to follow trends, his unique style shines through in his productions as well as his DJ sets. Obscur’s music has found a home on respected labels such as Olympian, Newrhythmic Records, Paralelo, Treatment Records, ASEC, Trau-ma and Sigma5, among others. With a relentless drive to explore new sonic depths, Obscur’s sound is in a constant state of evolution. Devoted to the essence of techno, he is dedicated to pushing forward its true vision.

Ofnana_pesa is a DJ, producer, bassist, event promoter.... Music lover. He started his musical path in 2011 when he joined his first metal band. Ever since he's been a part of numerous bands and music projects. It's not hard to guess that he plays in bands with hard and brutal music as his sound would be best described as "hard, heavy and evil". He played with artists such as Shxcxchcxsh, Rommek, Voidloss, Ankur Seres,.. Besides that he is an event promoter for Tektonika, a part of Chagga records collective and KRDM label.

The group Oholo is made up of members of the younger generation of musicians, who create in the field of contemporary jazz styles, free jazz, free folk, as well as noise and hardcore.

Held since 1991 in a variety of venues across the town of Bled, the international Okarina Festival is one of the oldest world music festivals in Europe. The 14-day event that takes place in late July and early August carries a powerful message about the importance of multiculturality and co-existence.

The Oktober Jazz festival, which is organized in cross-border long-term friendly cooperation together with the Controtempo association and the Jazz and Wine of Peace festival from Krmin, is based on the ten-year legacy of the Autumn Musical Tris cycle. After ten years, jazz dominated the trio, so it is not surprising that the cycle was renamed the Oktober Jazz festival. October brings a varied set of jazz musicians from Slovenia and the Friuli-Julia region, as well as other parts of Europe and the world, who bring the freshness of newer jazz production to Nova Gorica.

The Slovene stoner/doom metal group Omega Sun was established in Koper in 2013. The band performs at domestic and foreign venues, sharing the stage with bands, the likes of Unida, Kylesa, Dopethrone, Stoner Kebab, Three Eyes Left and others.
