Zvèn is a music enthusiast, DJ, record collector and member of the Cosmic Sex collective, who in the last few years has established himself as one of the most promising representatives of the young generation of Slovene DJs. His selections branch out into various genres in search of common ground between old and new aesthetics, building bridges between psychedelia and euphoria. In addition to club music, he is also passionate about the regional musical heritage, especially ex-Yu and East European jazz, folk and rock. His dynamic sets are based on a colourful selection of dance music, from the instrumental masterpieces of yesterday to the club bangers of tomorrow.

ZveN / Zvezdana Novaković is a young multiply awarded artist, harpist, composer, performer and singer, who explores her potentials in the frames of classical, jazz and folk music traditions. She is author of many compositions for theatre and puppet shows, and a regular collaborator of the legendary Slovenian writer and poet Svetlana Makarovič, the cult band Laibach, Macedonian jazz maestro Vasko Atanasovski and others. Zvezdana is also the founding member of various groups like Slovena Voices (Bulgaria), Bosa (Brazil), The Voice of the Strings (Sweden), Vellamo & Faronika (Finland) and others. At MENT 2020, she will present her solo performance.

Žan Serčič is a versatile singer, musician, author and producer who delights with a modern pop sound. He writes (mostly) his own songs and plays guitar, which he also teaches at music school.

Žan Videc is a Slovenian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Maribor, known for his soulful voice and genre-blending music. In 2024, he won the Melodije morja in sonca festival with the song “Neznano.” That same year, he released the singles “Not With You” and “Med oblaki,” the latter winning Radio SI’s Standouts competition. In 2025, he competed in EMA with the song “Pusti, da gori,” reaching the first round. His music is influenced by pop, soul, and country, and he is currently working on his debut album.

Neža Mihelič - Žena paves her musical path with diverse tracks that blend classic rap with a modern sound. Her lyrics are marked by authentic stories, sincere confessions, and distinctive slang, capturing the pulse of her generation.

Žiga Smrdel is a Slovenian drummer, composer, and bandleader active in bands like Mind Tree, Smrdel Brothers Collective and Vazz. He’s collaborated with artists such as Jure Pukl, Marko Churnchetz, Rok Zalokar and others. A student of Gregory Hutchinson, he’s also learned from top jazz musicians like Jeff “Tain” Watts and Shai Maestro. He’s received awards including HEMI, Zlata piščal, and won best composition with Mind Tree at the 7th Virtual Jazz Club competition.

Žigan Krajnčan is a Slovenian multidisciplinary artist known for his work as a director, choreographer, freestyle dancer, performer, singer, and musician. He gained significant attention in 2021 when he received the Golden Buzzer on “Slovenija ima talent,” advancing directly to the semifinals. In 2023, he released the album “Fusion Reactor,” showcasing his musical versatility. Krajnčan is also the founder of Alien Express and has collaborated with institutions like Opera Balet SNG Maribor and Beijing Dance Academy.

Oboist Živa Loštrek has performed with various Slovenian professional orchestras, also as a soloist, and is currently pursuing a career abroad (Germany), giving concerts and playing at festivals as soloist, orchestra musician and member of different chamber music ensembles.

Živa Ploj Peršuh is a conductor with broad symphonic and diverse opera repertoire. She is a regular guest in Slovene National Theater Opera Ljubljana, where she has firstly appeared by conducting Strauss’ Salome. She regularly conducts the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra, both Symphony Orchestras of the Slovene National Theatre in Maribor and Ljubljana and the RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra. She established the Ljubljana International Orchestra in 2010. The orchestra has members from all over the world and has toured in Italy, Serbia, Great Britain and Spain.

A highly prolific singer-songwriter of the middle generation, Jerry Mažgon won awards at various singer-songwriter festivals across the former Yugoslavia.
