Music publishing, which has been published under the Musique brand for many years by the Bogataj Publishing House, is primarily focused on the printing, publishing and publishing of Slovenian original works of music. The set of sheet music includes works for choirs, solo play as well as chamber and orchestra literature. The authors include Zoltan Peter, Igor Deklevo, Maks Strmčnik, Bojan Glavino, Zorko Prelovac, Ivan Rijavc, Darinka Fabiani, Marjan Grdadolnik, Marko Fabiani and others. The users of sheet music praise quality editorial work, clear print and careful design of each sheet edition.

Bogdana Herman is the first voice of Slovenian folk song. For more than three decades she has been exploring and reviving Slovenian musical heritage. Whilst mostly performing unaccompanied, Bogdana is always open to various musical collaborations. She has repeatedly worked with a variety of music figures, including Tomaž Pengov, Mira Omerzel-Terlep, Matija Terlep, Jure Tori, Svetlana Makarovič, Lado Jakša, Borut Savski, Vlado Kreslin, etc., etc.
Music photography
Bojan Stepančič, born in April 1972, is a Slovenian photographer who has been professionally engaged in photography for over 20 years. He has collaborated with agencies such as Reuters, Associated Press, and EPA. To date, he has held more than 15 solo exhibitions, mostly focused on music photography. As the official photographer of the Godibodi festival, he has captured numerous musical moments. His exhibition Prepletanja explores the urban landscape of Ljubljana.

Composer Bojana Šaljić Podešva continues to expand the boundaries of her creative work. After a series of electroacoustic pieces, Podešva has delved into live electronics, exploring its incorporation into stage performance. She has established artistic partnerships with various instrumentalists, including improvisers, and adopted conceptual and experimental approaches to sound, focusing on how it is felt, perceived, understood.

Bor Zakonjšek is a Slovenian guitarist, drummer, and composer known for his work in progressive rock and jazz fusion. He has been a member of bands such as Moonlight Sky and BorZ, blending Cuban, Balkan, blues, jazz, and Tuareg musical traditions. His projects, including Cik Cak and KozaRiba, showcase his diverse musical influences and improvisational style. Zakonjšek is recognized for his genre-defying compositions and dynamic performances.

Bor Zuljan is a Slovenian guitarist, arranger, and producer, born in Šempeter near Nova Gorica. He is best known as a member of the Slovenian rock band Šank Rock, where he played guitar during various periods, including from 1990 to 1998, 2002 to 2006, and from 2014 onwards. Zuljan was also a member of the experimental rock band Devil Doll, contributing guitar work on albums such as “Eliogabalus” (1990) and “Dies Irae” (1996). His musical career spans multiple decades, and he has been involved in various projects within the Slovenian rock scene.

Formed in Ljubljana in 1982 by former members of the alternative theatre group Theatre FV-112/15, Borghesia is a Slovenian electronic and rock music group. Until the late 1980s Borghesia pursued the path of a multimedia concept collective, founded on the idea of giving prominence to video as a medium equal to sound. The collective disbanded around 1995 and was reanimated in 2009 with a compilation CD comprising tracks from their previous albums. The album And Man Created God, released in 2014 by the American label Metropolis Records, marked the resurrection of Borghesia as a septet with a new, rock-infused sound. Proti kapitulaciji, an album featuring musical settings of poems by modernist poet Srečko Kosovel, came out in 2018.

One of Slovenia’s most audacious and innovative new music composers and artists, Borut Kržišnik's style has been influenced by his experiences in the experimental jazz band Data Direct and collaborations with the groups Laibach and Borghesia. Adopting a unique way of composing based on an array of sound processing software, Kržišnik has made a number of solo albums, and wrote music for film, theatre and dance performances, art videos and other projects.

After graduating from the Secondary Music and Ballet School in Maribor, Mori studied the accordion at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz. During this period, he won several prizes at various music competitions. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Mori started to compose his own music, which he played at various festivals in Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy and Slovakia. The duo “Igmar Jenner & Borut Mori” won the “2010 Austrian World Music Award”. His musical works have been recorded by several radio stations. Borut Mori is an accordion teacher at the Maribor Conservatory of Music and Ballet.
