International non-profit initiative Indie Music Group, which supports emerging and grassroots artists in the indie rock and metal scenes, is looking for a Local Coordinator/Cultural Manager for Slovenia and Croatia. 

The organization aims to strengthen its links with the regional alternative music scene and develop concert activities in Slovenia and Croatia. It is looking for a Slovenia-based coordinator, ideally located near Maribor, who will act as a liaison with local venues, booking agents and rock and metal bands, assist with administrative procedures and communication with organizations such as SAZAS and ZAMP, and support the logistics and production of club shows and small-scale concerts. 

Applicants should be fluent in Slovenian and have a strong command of English, while knowledge of Croatian and/or German is considered an advantage. The opportunity is particularly suited to people with a background, studies or a strong interest in cultural management, the music business or event production, as well as good understanding of the alternative music scene. 

The position is currently on a voluntary basis. According to Indie Music Group, it provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build an international music industry network, and, in the long term, potentially become part of the organization's core leadership and Board.
