Music photography
Jože Požrl, born in 1956, is a Slovenian photographer and graphic designer. After studying art education, he founded JPStudio in 1992 and later focused on photography. He has designed numerous books and specialized in jazz photography. His works have been exhibited in Slovenia and abroad, and he was among 40 global jazz photographers featured at the Jazz World Photo exhibition. His work is regularly published on the Allaboutjazz portal.

Jože Suhadolnik, born in 1966 in Ljubljana, is a Slovenian photographer who began his career at the age of 16, photographing for the Yugoslav news agency Tanjug and the magazine Mladina. In the early 1990s, he worked as a photojournalist for the newspaper Dnevnik and again for Mladina. In 1993, he co-founded the photo agency Bobo and collaborated with Reuters, Associated Press, and EPA. Since 2006, he has been employed as a photojournalist at the newspaper Delo.

Baritone Jože Vidic is a principal of the Slovenian National Theatre Opera and Ballet Ljubljana. The artist has also established himself as a successful concert singer, frequently welcomed on the finest concert stages both at home and abroad. He has regularly performed with renowned orchestras, led by prominent Slovenian and foreign conductors. In 1996, he became member of the leading Slovenian chamber vocal ensemble – the Slovene Octet, with which he has regularly appeared at international festivals at home and abroad. He assumed the post of the ensemble’s Artistic Director in 2008.

Jure Bajt is a guitarist, sound engineer, and music researcher, whose musical debut is a collection of original acoustic instrumentals played on classical guitar. His musical style is shaped by various string-picking techniques that stem from the tradition of acoustic country blues and folk. In addition to music production, Bajt also focuses on recording documentary field sound recordings, in which he explores and observes nature. Field sounds, such as animal calls, crackling fire, and the rustling of the sea, are an important part of the sonic atmosphere of his album, which takes the listener into intimate moments of the natural environment.

He studied at the University of Vienna, Hague Conservatory, and Berklee College of Music with masters like Joe Lovano and George Garzone. Pukl has performed with jazz legends such as Dave Liebman, Esperanza Spalding, and Maceo Parker. His eight albums and projects like Doubtless and Broken Circles blend modern jazz, avant-garde, and free jazz. Pukl tours globally, earning rave reviews from Downbeat and The New York Times.

Jure Rozman, Slovenian-born pianist, studied at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, where he graduated in 2001. He earned his Master’s and Doctorate at Louisiana State University (USA) under Constance Carroll and Michael Gurt. He has won numerous awards, including first prizes at the Slovenian National Piano Competition in 1995 and 2001, and second place at the international competition in San Bartolomeo al Mare (Italy). As a soloist, he has performed with the Youth Orchestra of Slovenia, the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra, and the LSU Symphony Orchestra. He is currently a piano lecturer and music coordinator at Broward College in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
