Lenart De Bock is a Slovenian saxophonist and composer, born on January 26, 1998. He completed his bachelor’s degree in jazz saxophone at the University of Performing Arts in Graz, Austria, in June 2022. Throughout his career, Lenart has collaborated with notable jazz musicians, including Jim Rotondi, Rick Margitza, and Dick Oatts. He co-leads the trio Soothsayer, is a member of the collective Zhlehtet, and has recently formed his own quintet. In May 2023, he released the album “Mladi Raziskovalci IV. Steps.” Lenart has performed internationally, including participating in a series of activities in Brasília and São Paulo in May 2024.
