Changeover is an independent contemporary underground music festival that celebrates the extraordinary, unpolished and unconventional side of music and arts. Without being limited by genre or style, the festival brings together artists from local and international scenes, ranging from solo musicians and singer-songwriters to live bands and experimental electronic acts.

The 2026 edition will feature 80+ artists across 13 unconventional venues throughout Belgrade, alongside a conference programme designed to foster new connections, exchange ideas and encourage future collaborations.

APPLICATION FOR ARTISTS

Changeover is looking for extraordinary musicians ready to present their original music alongside artists shaping the independent music scene.

Selected artists will receive:
