Gašper Bertoncelj

Percussionist Gašper Bertoncelj studied at the Anton Bruckner Private University in Linz in the class of Doug Hammond. After graduation, he moved to New York, where he enrolled in the Masters of Arts programme at the City College. In 2010, he moved to Tel Aviv, where he currently performs and collaborates with international musicians. He performs with many different bands and artists, such as Kevin Mahogany, Mar Django quartet, Zoran Predin, Tone Janša Quintet, Samo Šalamon trio, among others. He is the author of a textbook, Brush book: Playing with brushes, which is popular with beginners as well as professional musicians who are looking to improve their technique of playing with brushes. 

Gašper Letonja

Gašper Letonja is a flexible musician and producer known for his various projects. He is a member of the post metal group The Canyon Observer and AV collective Marta Fakuch, the man responsible for the experimental/noise electronic music project Warlord Chipmonk and also a film composer. Last summer, he delivered his debut album “Ivy”, presenting himself in the role of post-folk priest in the vein of Wovenhand. His sound is a mixture of post metal and avant-folk tropes with some 90s Seattle flavour. An outstanding singer-songwriter with an occult aura.

Gašper Livk

After completing the Ljubljana Music and Ballet Conservatory double bassist and composer Gašper Livk earned his Bachelor’s and Master's degrees from the Ljubljana Academy of Music. Currently based in Amsterdam, Livk is pursuing further studies in composition and performance within the framework of the Inštitut .abeceda educational programs. Previously featured as part of the Mladi Raziskovalci series, he now sheds light on his artistic vision, channelled into a set of as many as five albums titled Introducing Gašper Livk and produced under the Portuguese label Clean Feed Records.

Gašper Piano

Gašper Piano is a slovenian composer, musician and sound artist. He is active as an independent artist for performative arts (theatre, dance, performance), visual arts (multimedia projects, installations, film, documentary film, video, TV projects) and acoustic-experimental-electronic groups. His works have been presented at national and international festivals, exhibitions, multimedia projects, contemporary dance performances and theater plays. In 2006 he was acknowledged as a budding artist by the Slovenian Ministry of Culture. Paralell with his music profession he studied at Faculty for Humanistiec Studies Koper (Sl) where he graduated in 2009 and received Master professional degree (MPD) in social anthropology and culturology.

Gašper Selko

Gašper Selko (also known as X.U.L) is a trumpeter of a younger generation. After finishing the Conservatory for Music in Ljubljana, he continued his studies at the Academy of Music Ljubljana. He is a member of several bands: Leni Kravac, "MUSCAH", Good Vibration, Yanu, big band Bend-it, Kamnik Wind Orchestra and he also collaborates with many renowned artists of different genres.

The band Generator was founded on the Day of Youth, 25 May 2016, in the autonomous cultural zone Sokolc in Novo mesto. United under the pressure of generations, the band weaves its own style using elements of jazz, groove, reggae, and fusion music with a punk attitude.

Getonka

Getonka recreates traditional music of different European traditions. Their repertoire consists of an array of genres, such as Sevdah, Romani music and Starogradska muzika, which is the traditional folk music of Bulgaria, Bosnia Hercegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia and Serbia.

Gimnazija Kranj Girls' Choir

Gimnazija Kranj Girls' Choir was founded in 2002 and has taken part at numerous international competitions (Italy, Croatia, Great Britain, Slovakia, Austria, Spain, South Korea) where they were awarded in total 20 gold and 2 silver diplomas. Although the choir members stay in the choir for four years only, they nevertheless manage to maintain high level of quality. The choir regularly performs in Kranj and the surrounding area. Together with the school orchestra they have produced a Christmas concert, performed in Ljubljana and released on national television for the past eight years. Current choir director Erik Šmid lead choir to international competition in Prague 2017 and to Llangolen International Eisteddfod in Wales last year being the first choir to represent Slovenia at this renowned event. In 2019 the choir took part at Aegis Carminis competition in Koper, receiving yet another golden diploma.
